Malcolm is a psychological horror thriller about the mind of a mentally ill serial killer who suffers from schizophrenia, psychopathy and multiple personality disorder. But Malcolm is the alter ego inside that torments Michael day and night to kill the innocent. This movie takes place when things get out of control where Michael is forced to go on the run.
