Village helper Katja Baumann's new case leads them to the farm of the Feichtmayr family. While the eldest daughter was on the phone, her three-year-old brother Benny almost drowned in the bathtub. Now he is in the hospital in the intensive care unit in a coma. As long as Benny's mother is by her son's side in the clinic, Katja wants to take care of the two daughters and the farm.
